Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome Uncertain:1
The p.D1372H variant (also known as c.4114G>C), located in coding exon 28 of the ALK gene, results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 4114. The aspartic acid at codon 1372 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
