Splicing algorithms agree with MANE, showing that the natural splicing site is expected to be after c.699. And this conclusion is strengthened by the benign nature of NM_007171.4(POMT1):c.751C>T(p.Gln251Ter) which is also known as NM_001077365.2(POMT1):c.699+52C>T in ClinVar 95466. -
