The c.1595C>T (p.T532M) alteration is located in exon 12 (coding exon 12) of the RCOR3 gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 1595, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 532 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
