This variant was detected with R408W (PMID:26666653). A deleterious effect is predicted in SIFT, Polyphen-2, MutationTaster, and REVEL=0.969. It has an extremely low frequency in ExAC and gnomAD (MAF=0.00006). In summary, this variant meets criteria to be classified as likely pathogenic for PAH.
