The c.674A>C (p.D225A) alteration is located in exon 8 (coding exon 6) of the SPATS2 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 674, causing the aspartic acid (D) at amino acid position 225 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
