To our knowledge, no occurrence of c.2035C>A in individuals affected with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy Due To Integrin Alpha-7 Deficiency and no experimental evidence demonstrating its impact on protein function have been reported. Four ClinVar submitters have assessed the variant since 2014, and all submitters classified the variant as uncertain significance.
