The c.417A>C (p.E139D) alteration is located in exon 3 (coding exon 3) of the CLYBL gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 417, causing the glutamic acid (E) at amino acid position 139 to be replaced by an aspartic acid (D).
