ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 1474532). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with NTHL1-related conditions. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This sequence change replaces glycine with aspartic acid at codon 311 of the NTHL1 protein (p.Gly311Asp). The glycine residue is weakly conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between glycine and aspartic acid. -
