The c.530C>A (p.T177K) alteration is located in exon 7 (coding exon 7) of the ROGDI gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 530, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 177 to be replaced by a lysine (K). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -

This sequence change replaces threonine, which is neutral and polar, with lysine, which is basic and polar, at codon 177 of the ROGDI protein (p.Thr177Lys).
