The c.1532C>T (p.P511L) alteration is located in exon 9 (coding exon 9) of the DNAAF1 gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 1532, causing the proline (P) at amino acid position 511 to be replaced by a leucine (L). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
This sequence change replaces proline, which is neutral and non-polar, with leucine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 511 of the DNAAF1 protein (p.Pro511Leu). This variant is present in population databases (rs144393177, gnomAD 0.05%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with DNAAF1-related conditions.
