This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with KRT25-related conditions. This variant is present in population databases (rs764991038, gnomAD 0.01%). This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with serine, which is neutral and polar, at codon 439 of the KRT25 protein (p.Arg439Ser). -
