The c.1271C>A (p.A424D) alteration is located in exon 11 (coding exon 10) of the SAMD14 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 1271, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 424 to be replaced by an aspartic acid (D).
