This variant is listed as likely pathogenic in ClinVar database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/clinvar/variation/1499663/). Other variant at this codon p.Cys363Arg has been reported in at least two individuals with autosomal dominant Juvenile polyposis/hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia syndrome (Aretz et al. 2007. PubMed ID: 17873119; Lux et al. 2013. PubMed ID: 23805858). Other variant at this codon p.Arg363Tyr is listed as likely pathogenic in ClinVar database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/clinvar/variation/233663/). This variant is interpreted as likely pathogenic.
