Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome Uncertain:1
The p.R1545S variant (also known as c.4633C>A), located in coding exon 32 of the SMARCA4 gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 4633. The arginine at codon 1545 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
