This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with ACP5-related disease. This variant is present in population databases (rs145265651, ExAC 0.002%). This sequence change replaces arginine with methionine at codon 324 of the ACP5 protein (p.Arg324Met). The arginine residue is moderately conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between arginine and methionine. -
