The variant was identified in dbSNP (ID: rs751619208) as With Likely benign allele and ClinVar (classified as likely benign by Ambry Genetics, Invitae, Clunsyl, Color Genetics) databases. The variant was identified in control databases in 12 of 272030 chromosomes at a frequency of 0.000044 (Genome Aggregation Database Feb 27, 2017).
