The c.1502C>G (p.T501R) alteration is located in exon 9 (coding exon 9) of the ELL gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 1502, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 501 to be replaced by an arginine (R). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
