The c.527T>A (p.I176N) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the ZNF181 gene. This alteration results from a T to A substitution at nucleotide position 527, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 176 to be replaced by an asparagine (N).
