The c.1936T>C (p.W646R) alteration is located in exon 18 (coding exon 17) of the PLEKHA4 gene. This alteration results from a T to C substitution at nucleotide position 1936, causing the tryptophan (W) at amino acid position 646 to be replaced by an arginine (R). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
