The c.269T>C (p.I90T) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 3) of the ZNF765 gene. This alteration results from a T to C substitution at nucleotide position 269, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 90 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
