This sequence change replaces glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, with arginine, which is basic and polar, at codon 607 of the DNAAF3 protein (p.Gly607Arg). This variant is present in population databases (no rsID available, gnomAD 0.007%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with DNAAF3-related conditions. Algorithms developed to predict the effect of missense changes on protein structure and function output the following: SIFT: "Not Available"; PolyPhen-2: "Possibly Damaging"; Align-GVGD: "Not Available".
