The MSH2 c.923G>C; p.Arg308Thr variant (rs1553352545), to our knowledge, is not reported in the medical literature but is reported in ClinVar (Variation ID: 489954). This variant is absent from general population databases (Exome Variant Server, Genome Aggregation Database), indicating it is not a common polymorphism. The arginine at codon 308 is weakly conserved, but computational analyses predict that this variant is deleterious (REVEL: 0.726). Due to limited information, the clinical significance of the p.Arg308Thr variant is uncertain at this time. -
