To our knowledge, this variant has not been reported in individuals affected with MSH2-related disorders in the literature. This variant has not been identified in the general population by the Genome Aggregation Database (gnomAD). A different variant affecting the same codon, c.1829A>C (p.His610Pro), is considered to be disease-causing (ClinVar variation ID: 1780893), suggesting that this position may be important for the protein function.
