The c.263A>C (p.N88T) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 3) of the WFDC9 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 263, causing the asparagine (N) at amino acid position 88 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
