The c.1613G>A (p.R538H) alteration is located in exon 10 (coding exon 10) of the PAXBP1 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 1613, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 538 to be replaced by a histidine (H).
