Although this variant has been seen in the general population, its frequency is not high enough to rule o ut a pathogenic role. Computational prediction tools and conservation analyses s uggest that the p.Arg203Gln variant may impact the protein, though this informat ion is not predictive enough to determine pathogenicity. In summary, the clinica l significance of the p.Arg203Gln variant is uncertain. - |
