The c.2224A>G (p.T742A) alteration is located in exon 15 (coding exon 15) of the SENP7 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 2224, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 742 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
