This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with methionine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 610 of the CEP63 protein (p.Arg610Met). This variant is present in population databases (rs375438421, gnomAD 0.008%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with CEP63-related conditions.
