The c.184A>T (p.N62Y) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 2) of the NR1D2 gene. This alteration results from a A to T substitution at nucleotide position 184, causing the asparagine (N) at amino acid position 62 to be replaced by a tyrosine (Y). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
