This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with RAB28-related conditions. This variant is present in population databases (rs139134765, ExAC 0.003%). This sequence change replaces serine with glycine at codon 214 of the RAB28 protein (p.Ser214Gly). The serine residue is highly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between serine and glycine. - |
