ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 1982257). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with EDNRA-related conditions. This variant is present in population databases (rs373752654, gnomAD 0.04%), and has an allele count higher than expected for a pathogenic variant. This sequence change falls in intron 7 of the EDNRA gene. It does not directly change the encoded amino acid sequence of the EDNRA protein. It affects a nucleotide within the consensus splice site. -
