The c.10C>A (p.L4M) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the LAP3 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 10, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 4 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
