ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 554924). This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with factor XI deficiency (PMID: 18515884). In at least one individual the data is consistent with being in trans (on the opposite chromosome) from a pathogenic variant. This variant is present in population databases (rs200593979, gnomAD 0.006%). This sequence change replaces threonine, which is neutral and polar, with methionine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 141 of the F11 protein (p.Thr141Met). -
