The c.1271A>G (p.Q424R) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 5) of the ZNF622 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 1271, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 424 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
