The c.3576C>G (p.I1192M) alteration is located in exon 31 (coding exon 31) of the TBC1D32 gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 3576, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 1192 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
