The c.2255C>G (p.S752W) alteration is located in exon 15 (coding exon 14) of the VWA7 gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 2255, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 752 to be replaced by a tryptophan (W).
