The c.891G>C (p.W297C) alteration is located in exon 6 (coding exon 5) of the GCM1 gene. This alteration results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 891, causing the tryptophan (W) at amino acid position 297 to be replaced by a cysteine (C). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
