This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with histidine, which is basic and polar, at codon 52 of the GNB2 protein (p.Arg52His). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with GNB2-related conditions.
