This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with RINT1-related conditions. ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 241412). This variant is present in population databases (rs748281522, ExAC 0.01%). This sequence change replaces leucine with arginine at codon 210 of the RINT1 protein (p.Leu210Arg). The leucine residue is moderately conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between leucine and arginine. -
