The available data on variant occurrences in the general population are insufficient to allow any conclusion about variant significance. c.1723A>G has been reported in the literature with another VUS variant PMS2: c.2386G>A (p.Val796Ile) in individuals affected with Lynch Syndrome or early-onset colorectal cancer without strong evidence for causality (example, Tung_2016, Yurgelun_2015, Pearlman_2017).
