The c.2770G>A (p.V924I) alteration is located in exon 20 (coding exon 20) of the KIAA1324L gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 2770, causing the valine (V) at amino acid position 924 to be replaced by an isoleucine (I).
