The c.1085G>C (p.C362S) alteration is located in exon 10 (coding exon 10) of the ASH2L gene. This alteration results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 1085, causing the cysteine (C) at amino acid position 362 to be replaced by a serine (S). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
