The c.591A>C (p.E197D) alteration is located in exon 6 (coding exon 5) of the TRMT10B gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 591, causing the glutamic acid (E) at amino acid position 197 to be replaced by an aspartic acid (D). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
