Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome Uncertain:1
The p.I1148V variant (also known as c.3442A>G), located in coding exon 20 of the PTCH1 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 3442. The isoleucine at codon 1148 is replaced by valine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
Gorlin syndrome Benign:1

not provided Benign:1
Missense variant in a gene in which most reported pathogenic variants are truncating/loss-of-function; In silico analysis supports that this missense variant does not alter protein structure/function; Has not been previously published as pathogenic or benign to our knowledge -
