This sequence change replaces aspartic acid, which is acidic and polar, with histidine, which is basic and polar, at codon 1175 of the FRMPD4 protein (p.Asp1175His). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with FRMPD4-related conditions. ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 1391813).
