Defects in ZDHHC15 may cause mental retardation, X-linked 91 (MRX91) [MIM:300577]; this is based on the report that loss of ZDHHC15 expression was identified in a woman with a balanced translocation t(X;15)(q13.3;cen) and severe mental retardation [PMID: 15915161] -
