This variant was identified in 1/177 individuals with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma undergoing multi-gene panel testing (Cremin C et al. Cancer Med, 2020 Jun;9:4004-4013). This amino acid position is not well conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear. - |
