This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with DNAAF1-related conditions. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This sequence change replaces histidine with glutamine at codon 31 of the DNAAF1 protein (p.His31Gln). The histidine residue is moderately conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between histidine and glutamine. -
