However, these predictions have yet to be confirmed by functional studies. The variant was absent in 70234 control chromosomes (gnomAD). To our knowledge, no occurrence of c.11092-14_11092-11delTTTT in individuals affected with Arrhythmia and no experimental evidence demonstrating its impact on protein function have been reported. A co-occurrence with a pathogenic variant has been reported (PKP2 c.397C>T, p.Q133*; LCA), providing supporting evidence for a benign role. No clinical diagnostic laboratories have submitted clinical-significance assessments for this variant to ClinVar after 2014.
