MutationTaster Database

MutationTaster is a free and open-access tool for predicting the pathogenicity of DNA variants. GeneBe provides pre-computed scores from the 2021 version for many variants. If a variant's effect prediction is not included, please retrieve it from on the official MutationTaster website.
